Hyper Light Breaker Characters
In Hyper Light Breaker, players can choose from a selection of characters known as Breakers, each with unique abilities and playstyles. As of the Early Access launch on January 14, 2025, there are three playable characters available, with more expected to be added over time.

Unlocking Characters
- Players can unlock additional characters by collecting Abyss Stones, which are obtained by defeating bosses known as Crowns.
- There are currently six additional character slots available, indicating that more Breakers will be introduced as the game develops.
Gameplay Mechanics
Each character starts with a specific SyCom, which defines their base stats and core abilities, allowing for diverse gameplay styles. Players can customize their characters further by upgrading weapons and gear based on their preferred playstyle.
As the game progresses through its Early Access phase, players can expect new characters and enhancements to enrich the gameplay experience.
